Ma non tutti i dati portano a risultati di ricavo intelligenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Molti hotel si affidano ancora ai dashboard delle OTA per guidare le decisioni di prezzo e previsione quotidiane \u2014 un approccio che pu\u00f2 seriamente compromettere sia gli obiettivi di Revenue Management (RM) che di Yield Management (YM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. I dati delle OTA riflettono la distribuzione, non la domanda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I dashboard delle OTA misurano le tue performance all'interno del loro ecosistema. Tracciano impressioni, ricerche e conversioni \u2014 ma nessuno di questi riflette la domanda totale di mercato o la disponibilit\u00e0 a pagare degli ospiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un picco nelle ricerche delle OTA potrebbe derivare da:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Campagne di visibilit\u00e0 a pagamento gestite dalla OTA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incrementi algoritmici per annunci scontati<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spinte promozionali a breve termine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questi segnali possono creare l'illusione di domanda e portare a disallineamenti tariffari quando i team RM regolano i prezzi basandosi esclusivamente su di essi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Il rischio per il Yield Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il yield management riguarda la vendita della giusta camera, al giusto ospite, al momento giusto, al prezzo giusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando gli input dei dati sono distorti o incompleti, l'output del yield crolla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se le OTA sovra-rappresentano un segmento di viaggiatori \u2014 ad esempio, clienti a breve termine e a basso budget \u2014 gli hotel rischiano:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Di abbassare i prezzi inutilmente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Di interpretare male le curve di domanda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Di perdere segmenti ad alto valore (aziendale, diretto, soggiorni lunghi)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vera ottimizzazione del yield dipende dall'equilibrio tra i dati delle OTA e le tendenze delle prenotazioni dirette, la storia del PMS e i modelli di previsione che catturano la reale elasticit\u00e0 del mercato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Il bias di visibilit\u00e0 delle OTA offusca la strategia di ricavo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Molte OTA favoriscono gli hotel che partecipano a programmi di sconto o visibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anche se questo pu\u00f2 temporaneamente aumentare i tassi di conversione, riduce il fatturato netto e la redditivit\u00e0 per prenotazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I revenue manager che utilizzano solo le analisi OTA possono interpretare questo come un miglioramento delle prestazioni \u2014 quando in realt\u00e0, il rendimento \u00e8 deteriorato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
